Before Your Vinyl & Rigid Core Installation:
Before your vinyl/rigid core installation with Jordans Flooring, here is what you should expect:
- Our team will walk you through our installation process, taking pains to answer any questions that you might have.
- Waste management will be discussed.
- You should ensure that children and pets are not present on installation day.
- You should complete any painting that might need to be done.
- Ensure that an adult is present on installation day.
- You should remove furniture and fragile items from the installation area before your crew arrives.
During Your Vinyl & Rigid Core Installation
During your vinyl/rigid core installation with Jordans Flooring, we will complete the following:
- Your flooring will be prepared.
- Depending on whether you went with LVT (luxury vinyl tile) or LVP (luxury vinyl plank), our installation process may vary.
- For both LVT and LVP, there is a floating, click-and-lock installation method that is done without adhesives and can sometimes be done over your existing flooring and a glue-down installation method.
- When finished, we will do our QA and the clean-up.
After Your Vinyl & Rigid Core Installation
After your vinyl/rigid core installation with Jordans Flooring, expect the following:
- Your crew will walk you through the installation, answering any questions that you might have.
- You should run a fan to remove any installation smells.
- Allow the new vinyl & rigid core flooring to settle before walking across it.
