⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had our 26‑year‑old carpet replaced with Flex19 engineered Red Oak, and seeing our home with fresh, beautiful flooring has been such a lift. The installation work itself was excellent — Andy worked quickly, removed all the old carpet and underlay, handled the mouldings with care, and left everything clean. He’s clearly skilled at what he does, and the finished floor looks wonderful.
We did run into some bumps along the way. Communication was difficult at times, and a few things didn’t go as expected — the oak delivery was placed in the living room instead of the kitchen, the furniture‑moving that was included in the sales agreement ended up being done by my husband and the installer, and the transition piece we ordered wasn’t what Andy brought. My husband ended up buying and finishing the correct solid oak transition himself.
But what mattered most to me was that every concern I raised was addressed. Jordons refunded the transition materials, refunded unused supplies, and reduced the furniture‑moving cost by 50% since my husband had to help. In the end, they made things right, and we’re very happy with how the floor turned out.
It wasn’t a perfectly smooth experience, but the final result is beautiful, and the company did take responsibility and follow through.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had Coretec Luxury Vinyl Tile installed in our kitchen, laundry, and entranceway, in the Blanca Marble design. This was a completely new process for us, and we weren’t quite prepared for how involved it would be — but the end result truly transformed our home.
Andy prepped all the areas and handled the installation with real skill. The speed of the install was unbelievable, and the tiles went down beautifully. One of the biggest surprises was how solid and firm the floor feels now. Before, our kitchen floor had a hollow sound, but with the new LVT and its cork backing, the difference is amazing — it feels grounded and quiet in a way we didn’t expect.
The leveling process was definitely the most draining part. A cement‑type liquid had to be poured across the entire kitchen floor and over the old tiles to create a perfectly level surface. It raised the humidity in the house quite a bit, and we could feel it immediately. Opening doors or turning on the A/C helped, but it was still a noticeable part of the experience.
