I am one happy customer! I am so glad that I visited Jordan's Flooring, in Langley, and met Ranjit Sandhu, who kindly and professionally guided me through the process to change my condo's flooring. She helped me select 2 samples that I adored and made sure I take the samples home to be happy with my choice. Ranjit shared her knowledge with the product I was choosing and she pointed out both pros and cons. She measured my floor and supplied a detailed estimate, always kindly inviting and responding to any questions I had. She is a knowledgable professional all the while being an approachable human! It was easy to work with her! The installer, Moe, is a true artist! When guests come to my place I say, 'come see the magic"! (Nearly an optical illusion experience). Everyone loves it! My condo Floorplan is a triangle shape and Moe expertly laid the planks perfectly. There was tons of cutting to perfectly place the planks but never a groan heard from the installers. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the flooring results bring huge smiles to me and to everyone who has stepped in my place to have a peek at the new floor. It is so pretty; even more gorgeous than I imagined. Thankyou Ranjit, Moe and all.
