It was a very positive experience dealing with the staff at Jordans. Specially a shout out to Mitchell for dealing with our needs in a timely manner. He proved to be a very personable representative for Jordans. Our floor has been purchased and scheduled for an install starting August 10th.
Meemo and his crew had a blank canvas to work with. I had already had some some leveling done and my wife and I pulled old staples and re-screwed down the sub floor. Meemo came in and recognized some other problem areas and he and his crew rectified them. With Meemo and his crew totaling 4 men they came in and knocked off over 1000 square feet in one day. Meemo came in and did the transitions the next day and his one crew member came in for the final clean up and polishing. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the finished work and the floor looks spectacular. We had a Red Oak 3 and a half inch veneer hardwood installed, total glue down.. We give them 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone for the installation. Thank you Jordans.

Great service! Henry was incredibly kind and helpful when we came in to look at rugs. He answered all of our questions and helped us find what we wanted without being pushy.
