We had an excellent experience purchasing and installing carpet from the Burnaby Jordan's Outlet store for our townhouse upstairs floor. We suffered from paralysis by analysis and needed to work with a knowledgeable and trustworthy team. Those of you who have lived through a renovation know about decision fatigue. Thy, the store manager, was beautifully sensitive to this and got to know us and how we live in our home. He guided us in two imporant ways; towards the right choice and more importantly, away from the wrong choice. He spent alot of time answering our questions and just educating us about carpets in general so that we felt reassured of our decision. We wanted something sustainable, natural, neutral but visually textured and comfortable under our feet. Godfrey Hirst 100% NZ Wool Canyon Ridge 11 carpet was our final choice. We were a bit nervous with a looped carpet as we were concerned about seams at four room transitions off the main hallway. Mahoney, the installer, is a wool carpet installer genius. The carpet transitions were virtually invisible and exceeded our expectations. The coordination and communication during the entire process was excellent. We would work with this team again in a heartbeat.
It was a very positive experience dealing with the staff at Jordans. Specially a shout out to Mitchell for dealing with our needs in a timely manner. He proved to be a very personable representative for Jordans. Our floor has been purchased and scheduled for an install starting August 10th.

We recently had our carpet removed and found the floor under was cracked and uneven. Meemo and his Team were incredible to work with. He explained how it could be remedied to even out. Meemo ensured me it would not impact the duration of the job. Gabriel helped me select the best durable flooring planks. I cannot thank Meemo & Gabriel enough for their support and wonderful customer service and workmanship! If I could give more than 5 stars I would 🙌⭐️🌟This is how it looked as it was drying prior to installing planks & after.
Excellent attentive service from Henry. He was extremely patient with us during a long decision making process of looking at many different rugs. We will definitely be back as a result of his outstanding customer service. On a day of shopping at several different stores he was by far the best we encountered. Selection and lay out in the store was also a positive.
