I am a repeat customer and so glad I stayed with Jordans. The experience from initial contact with Wayne the Sales Supervisor through to the installation by Mahoney was an excellent experience. Wayne went out of his way to ensure the flooring was a perfect match and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. Mahoney's care and attention to the installation and finishing demonstrated his skill, experience, and professionalism. Everything was done efficiently, smoothly and on a timely basis.
Kennedy responded to my online request with proactive suggestions. Very helpful when I came into the shop. She’s knowledgeable, has great taste and is patient. Love my 3 new rugs

We came in just looking for rugs, but there were so many options that we got a little confused about which one would be the best choice and the best value for the price. Lucy and Kennedy were incredibly helpful—they helped us choose a great colour, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience so much easier.
