Wayne at the Richmond location was very helpful in selecting a new carpet for us!
We had a great experience at Jordan's Flooring in Coquitlam! Eela was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs and showed us a solution that worked well for us. We really appreciated her patience and thoughtful recommendations. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
We walked into Jordan's this past Saturday to selectcarpeting for our entrance stairs. Shane was a pleasure to deal with. The selection was good, pricing was fair, and the showroom was clean.
Jazz and his partner, whose name I didn't catch, did a great job installing it today in less than 5 hours. They were on time, polite and respectful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed on what was happening, as we have a unique spindle setup, which made the job a bit more labour intensive and challenging. Jazz was able to line up the cuts well so that one could never tell they are even there.
They gave me the remaining carpet after the job was completed, which the cats will love. Thank you guys for a job well done. Another satisfied Jordan's customer.

Had lots of options for hard floor, and I found the prices to be amazing, they had everything I needed, thy was especially helpful and knew the best options for my home. Thanks to the Jordans team for being so generous
I reside in Japan at the moment and needed new carpets and vinyl flooring done to my rental unit in Nanaimo. I contacted several companies in the beginning but Shawn from Jordan’s Flooring was prompt, polite, and professional when getting back to me. He was also thorough with his approach to negotiation and provided clear and fair helpful advice. I felt like I was a person and not a just a costumer. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
Amazing experience at Jordan’s! Thy was especially helpful and knowledgeable about what type of carpet worked best for our home with pets and kids. Prices are also great considering the new tariffs!
Install went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
